《The Campus Mental Health Handbook》

(Available in Chinese only)
This guide was developed as part of the practice project of the Advanced Mental Health Advocacy Training Programme by people with lived experience and supporters, with the aim of helping schools become places where everyone feels safe, heard, and supported.
It is written based on trauma-informed principles, with an emphasis on understanding each person’s unique life journey and needs. It encourages the integration of compassionate awareness, respectful responses, and confidentiality into everyday interactions.
The handbook provides practical guidance and an action framework for teaching and school staff, drawing from real-life stories to explore how we can work together to build a school environment with greater psychological safety. You do not need to be an expert—simply taking the first step towards understanding and support, from where you are, can make a difference.
A safe school is something we build together.
