《A GuidE to
Youth Peer Support Work》

(Available in Chinese only)
《A Guide to Youth Peer Support Work》brings together the stories and wisdom from LevelMind @ JC led by The Boys’ & Girls’ Clubs Association of Hong Kong and St. James’ Settlement.
Through interviews with youth peer support workers, service users, and social work supervisors, this guide captures the lived experiences, values, and insights of youth peer support work in the local context.
Beyond highlighting the roles of Youth peer support workers in programme design and facilitation, the guide also sheds light on the challenges they face, the support they need, and the visions they hold — showing us how, through connection and companionship, young people can become a source of strength for one another.
