研究指出,持續的靜觀練習有效助我們減壓、減少抑鬱焦慮、改善睡眠和痛症等等,邀請你來體驗一下由臨床心理學家提供共兩節的體驗工作坊,開展靜觀練習的第一步。 Research shows that continuous mindfulness practice is helpful in reducing stress, alleviating depression & anxiety, improving sleep and chronic pain etc. You are invited to attend a two-session workshop offered by a clinical psychologist to start the first step of mindfulness practice.
