服務說明

說書人 StoryTaler 為參與了 Power Up 有輕度至中度抑鬱及/或焦慮的僱員,提供以認知行為治療為原則的低密度電話心理支援服務。心理健康導師會根據服務使用者的需要,一起選擇合適的情緒工具,並以電話會談形式,提供約六至八節的單對單指導式自助心理服務,每節約45分鐘。在過程中,心理健康導師會分享及指導如何有效地使用不同的情緒工具,並應用在生活中。每節完成後,心理健康導師會按照服務使用者的進度,建議一些指定的在家中練習。 有需要時,亦會提供在社區內有關精神健康服務的資訊給服務使用者作參考。透過這項電話心理支援服務,除了紓緩服務使用者的困擾,亦希望讓服務使用者感受到自己不是孤單一人去面對情緒困擾,而是有支援、陪伴的。 Service description In collaboration with the PowerUp program, StoryTaler provides a low-intensity psychological telephone support service based on cognitive behavioural therapy, for employees who have mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety. Throughout the process, the Well-being Coach will introduce suitable psychological tools for service users according to their needs. This service will provide 6 to 8 sessions of one-on-one guided self-help psychological treatment. Each session will last for approximately 45 minutes. During the session, the Well-being Coach will provide guidance for service users on how to apply different psychological materials effectively in daily life. If needed, information related to community mental health services will be provided to service users as reference. This service does not only help reduce the psychological distress of service users, but also aims to support and accompany service users on their healing journey.
