你不是孤單一人去面對

你可以透過這服務:

  • 學習認知行為治療的方法紓緩困擾

  • 探索如何面精神健康挑戰

  • 了解社區精神健康服務資訊

服務流程:

  1. 第一次會談,心理健康導師會進行初步評估,了解你的狀況

  2. 共六至八節的會談,每節約45分鐘,心理健康導師會指導如何使用不同的情緒工具,並應用在生活中

  3. 你需要在每節會談中間,完成練習,鞏固學習

服務特色

  • 由同一位導師持續跟進,非一次性會談

Feeling low? Lack of motivation?

Having worries? Difficult to relax?

You are not alone. 

In this service, you will

  • Learn tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to relieve distress

  • Explore how to face mental health challenges

  • Understand resources in the community

Service flow: 

  1. In the first session, well-being coach will conduct assessment to understand your situation

  2. You will receive 6 to 8 sessions (around 45 minutes each) to learn different tools and apply them in your daily life. 

  3. Between sessions, you will do exercise to consolidate your learning

Service feature:

  • One-on-one - tailor made for individual needs

  • Follow-up by the same well-being coach - continuous and systematic support

  • Telephone service - convenient for working adults
